Some "Initial service" clients will require more than 2 sessions to achieve the results they desire, reach out to us if you feel it is needed. The extra sessions should be done within the 6-12 week time frame. The extra sessions can range from $75-$175 depending on the work needed for the extra sessions. The pricing is at the sole discretion of the artist depending on the work needed.
Some "color boost touch ups" may require a second session, reach out to us if you feel it is needed. The extra sessions should be done within the 6-12 week time frame.The cost of the extra session can range from $75-$275 depending on the work needed for the 3rd session. This is at the sole discretion of the artist, depending on the amount of work needed.
𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. The booking fee applies to your overall balance when you adhere to the company policies.
BOOKING FEE: New service (Initial) is $100
BOOKING FEE: Touch ups and color boosts (returning client) is $60
RESCHEDULING: You must do so at least exactly 𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 before your appointment time for the booking fee to be transferred to your new appointment. Failure to do so will result in an additional $60 additional fee to reschedule.
RESCHEDULING: Only 2 reschedules will allow for the booking fee to be transferred. Otherwise, you forfeit the booking fee and must pay an additional $60 fee to reschedule.
RESCHEDULING: A client with repetitive schedule conflicts, rescheduling or canceling may be refused future services completely.
CANCELING: If you cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark, you can call back at another time to use your deposit for a different service or a new appointment. If you cancel and do not reschedule, know that the booking fee is non-refundable.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: Failure to show to your appointment will forfeit your booking fee. You will be charged an additional $150 for the no call, no show to get back on our calendar..
COMP FOLLOW UP: Terms and conditions apply to be eligible for the complimentary follow up. Full price must be paid at the initial appointment to receive the complimentary follow up.
COMP FOLLOW UP: Only 1 complementary 6-12 week follow up is included in the initial pricing. This only applies to your INITIAL appointment. The complimentary follow up must be scheduled for 6 to 12 weeks after your initial appointment. Otherwise, a touch up price will be required, see the pricing below.
COMP FOLLOW UP: There is no complimentary follow ups for "returning appointments".
COMP FOLLOW UP: Rescheduling and canceling your comp follow up must be done 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule in the 48 hour window, we will need to take your card on file in order to rebook the comp follow up. We will charge the card $60 if you reschedule again within the 48 hour window.
AFTERPAY: In order to use after pay, you must notify us upon booking, if you haven't done so, notify us now. We need to take the afterpay processing charge prior to receiving services or booking the appointment.
GUEST POLICY: Children are not allowed at your appointment.
GUEST POLICY: If you arrive with a child at your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment immediately. Our schedule is limited and your appointment could be booked months out.
GUEST POLICY: In the case of being a client from out of town or in special circumstances, you must call and notify us if you need to bring an adult guest in advance. The guest is limited to the waiting area only.
